Join me at my workshop between the Wye Valley and the Black Mountains, for a green woodworking course that will give you the skills to create beautiful, handmade objects and vessels.
Working with native wood such as oak, ash, beech and cherry, you will learn to use traditional and modern techniques, with expert guidance and support.
Whether you are an experienced woodturner or new to the craft, these courses will develop the skills and confidence to establish your own practice.
My creative practice
I first picked up a carving tool in 2010 and began the simple, satisfying process of making a wooden spoon. Since then, my love for green woodworking has grown and my practice has developed into sculptural work with a focus on turned wooden vessels, organic forms and traditional cured finishes that enhance and preserve the natural beauty of fresh timber.
